The house is situated on a narrow lot with a steep incline and extraordinary views of Mexico City.
The ground level is divided in half longitudinally by a diagonal line separating built areas from open areas, such that the structure projects outward toward the landscape. This division is also reflected in the design of the interior, with recreational spaces located on the lower levels, private areas on the intermediate levels, social areas at street level, and services on the upper levels. A system of concrete bands, echoing the landscape, generates a series of continuously flowing living spaces.
