Two adjacent lots (573 m2) on the corner of Carraci Street and Cerrada de Empresa in the central neighborhood of Mixcoac. One of the lots contains a protected historical building from the early 20th century, and the other houses a grand rubber tree over 25 meters tall.

Together, these two elements inspire a housing project consisting of 6 townhouses. One of them is brought to life by restructuring the historical building, and the majestic tree becomes the heart of a common green space enjoyed by three of the new townhouses.
